Normal Prothrombin Time (PT), Partial Thromboplastin Time (PTT), and International Normalized Ratio (INR)  PT: 11-13.5 seconds.  PTT: 25-35 seconds.  INR: 0.8-1.1 (if not taking anticoagulants) and 2.0-3.0 (if taking warfarin).
